Description
This classic Seth Thomas Regulator No. 2 wall clock is a masterpiece of American horology, featuring a grain-painted oak case and the iconic circular dial housing a sub-seconds track. Manufactured in Thomason, Connecticut, this model was the gold standard for railroad stations and businesses due to its precision and reliability. The dial is marked "Manufactured in the United States of America," and the original paper manufacturer's label remains remarkably intact at the base of the pendulum cabinet. The piece shows some expected age-related wear, including minor scuffing on the wooden bezel, light oxidation on the brass pendulum bob, and some lifting/peeling to the original paper label, but it remains in impressive, functional condition. H 36", W 16", D 6". Please see photos for condition. Note: Pickup/ Transport required. Contacts available post auction.
