Ross Microscope scientific walking cane marked “Ross Microscope — Breveté — Paris — & Ross London,” featuring a concealed brass folding microscope with specimen stage and adjustable tube housed within the handle. Bone handle mounted to a hardwood shaft, likely fruitwood or light walnut, with steel ferrule. Late Victorian scientific gadget cane. Very good overall with light surface wear, and natural brass patina. Microscope assembly appears complete and intact. Handle shows light age wear. Shaft straight and structurally sound. Length: 34 - 1/2". Condition: (Excellent). Dimensions: Length: 34 - 1/2".
