The pot is stamped sterling on the underside as well as the maker's mark for the Art Silver Shop in Chicago and 'Hand Made.' The teapot stands about 9 1/2 inches tall and measures about 11 inches from the back of the handle to the tip of the spout. The pot has a capacity of about 5 cups, or 40 fluid ounces/1.18 liters. The teapot weighs 718 grams or 25.3 regular ounces.
