A painted bisque decanter modeled as a sailor in blue pea coat and cap, standing easy upon a dock piling, the cork stopper formed as the figure's own head. A genial character, and the painter did not stint on the coat. Approximately 13 inches tall, the maker unmarked. Generally good condition with light wear. See photos for exact size and condition.
