A commanding McCormick decanter rendered as Sam Houston, caped and booted with hat in hand, standing at a split-rail fence. The sculptor caught an earnest, weather-set face, and the painting of the blue coat and buff trousers is workmanlike throughout. Approximately 13 inches, the base plaque lettered SAM HOUSTON and the reverse label reading McCormick Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 86 proof, Limited Edition, 4/5 quart, McCormick Distilling Co., Weston, Missouri.
