Pair of 14" Model No. 312 Schoenhut dolls. These were made from April 1912 to 1924 and 1917 to 1924 (depending on the original hair styles). Both dolls have intaglio eyes. No original clothing, they have been redressed in antique cotton clothing, shoes. Doll 1) with FACTORY ORIGINAL blonde mohair wig, has blue eyes. Oval decal on back of torso. Dressed in pink/black dress, pantaloons, pink lace socks, pink oilcloth shoes. Condition: no repaint visible on face. Paint is worn in mouth area. Loss on fingers of left hand, wear on right hand. Some repaint on body. Doll 2) with replaced brown antique mohair wig, has brown eyes. Impressed mark on back of torso. Dressed in ivory/blue accordion pleated drop waist dress, pantaloons, ivory oilcloth shoes. Condition: repaint on head. Loss of paint on face. Repaint and loss of paint on body.
