This lot features a vintage 1978 Topps football trading card showcasing veteran quarterback Craig Morton of the Denver Broncos. Captured during the era immediately following his leadership of the Broncos to their very first Super Bowl appearance (Super Bowl XII), Morton is pictured on-field wearing his classic bright orange Denver jersey and blue helmet. The card highlights the distinctive, classic design framework of the 1978 Topps set, which features a curved purple banner across the top displaying the "Broncos" team name alongside a yellow "QB" position circle. This authentic piece of gridiron history serves as a spectacular option for vintage sports card collectors, set builders, or dedicated fans of Denver Broncos memorabilia.
