Two carved jade figures from the 18th - 19th century. One carving is of a seated scholar with a basket and tree branches. The other figure is carved into the form of a smiling boy holding a branch. Both carvings have wooden stands.
The scholar carving is 1 3/8 inches wide by 1 1/4 inches high. Dimensions for the boy are 7/8 of an inch wide by 1 3/4 inches high. All measurements are approximate.
