NE NEW ENGLAND MARKED PRESSED OPEN SALTS, LOT OF TWO, comprising an opal opaque NE-1 and a colorless NE-4, each embossed under base, scallop-and-point rims. Rare and plentiful. New England Glass Co. 1830-1845. 1 7/8" and 2" H, 2 1/8" x 3".
Opal example with moderate top-rim chip at one corner, other with moderate inner-rim chip and some mold roughness.
