WONDERFUL FOLK ART CARVING OF AN ALLIGATOR. Attributed to Michigan, one of four known figures by the same hand. Carved from one piece of wood with good form and simply defined detail. Good painta. Age splits, one on the back stabilized with glue, and a glued foreleg. 22 3/4"l. Ex Allan Katz, ex Clifton Anderson.
