Pen & Ink on paper. Signed lower left, "F. K. Houston." Depicts a "Campaign Car" streetcar (numbered, 16-1) bound for, "Utopia & Points on the Road to Heaven". A man in a hat, representing People's Party candidate Tom Watson, rides the car while a conductor in a hat reading, "Pop. Party" beckons a woman in a bonnet representing Democratic candidate William Jennings Bryan to board. Bryan refuses, holding a dog representing vice-presidential candidate Arthur Sewall. The caption reads, "No Sir! Not Without My Little Pet!". Various pencil marginalia, including an erased version of the title, and at top, "Cartoon for Wed."
