BRITISH HISTORICAL HUMOR VOLUMES, LOT OF TWO, including Archibald Armstrong, "Archie Armstrong's Banquet of Jests", 1872, William Paterson, Edinburgh, limited edition, printed on Whatman's Paper, numbered No. 16 of 25, brown cloth boards now covered in paper wraps; and one 1883 volume of "Humour, Wit, & Satire of the Seventeenth Century" by John Ashton.
The first example with expected wear to boards, spine with significant losses and split along joints, label detached but present, interior very clean, with only minimal expected toning; second example in good condition overall with expected wear to edges and corners, interior generally very clean with some staining/toning.
