A rare Copper Engraved antique Map of the America's titled, "Amerique Septentrionale et Meridionale" by Expilly, with text in French. This example from the book: Le Geographe Manuel Par M. L'Abbe Expilly Paris 1765. Page size measures 20.5 x 12.5 cm the full page sheet measuring about 5" wide x 8.25" tall having extensive full wide margins, several horizontal fold lines as issued, and blank on its reverse side. Uncolored, well printed with sharp details in rich black. Map is in good condition for its age, engravings are clear, including "CALIFORNIE" shown attached to the continent including all of Baha, being along side of "MEXIQUE."
