American armchairs, both with black painted surface, incl: William & Mary banister back chair, shaped crest, five banisters, turned stiles and front stretcher, rolled arms, replaced fabric seat with cushion, 46" high, 23 1/4" x 21 1/4", 18 3/4" seat, surface wear; Ladderback chair, with three shaped back splats, turned stiles topped by urn form finials, rolled arms, woven rush seat, and two turned front stretchers, 40 3/4" high, 19 1/2" x 18 3/4", 14 1/2" seat, replaced seat, surface wear, old chips. Provenance: From a Blue Hill, ME Estate.
