Oil on canvas. Featuring portrait of a woman with long back hair. Signed "Modigliani" in the top right corner. Stamped illegibly on verso. Label on verso reads "FISCHER-BOHLER". Stamped with "APPROVAL" on verso. Canvas damaged, flaking oil paint. Attributed to Amedeo Modigliani (1884-1920, Italian) 36 x 25 cm (14 x 10 inches). Accompanied with a provenance letter, ink on paper, signed "Stella". Letter size 29 x 20 cm (11.5 x 8 inches).
