Intriquetly woven. Highly unusual construction. Made to be worn on the hip with leather strap attaching to the two same side handles. 20" x 15" x 7"

21" diameter x 16.5" tall overall - obvious signs of wear and use. A few breaks in the splint here and there as shown.
