Thank you for your feedback. We attempted to kindly work with you to schedule your pick-up after the advertised pick-up deadline. We do not have employees able to stay after our clearly advertised business hours, as they have families and other obligations. Both the pick-up window and our hours are made clearly available before bidding in the sale. We provide ample time for pick-up and even allowed you extra flexibility to pick up after the sale deadline. When we kindly let you know we could not accommodate a pick-up after hours, you sent us an extensive message unkindly criticizing our business and, even worse, personally berating our employees which we consider unacceptable behavior. As a result, we released you from the sale as we are not interested in doing business with clients who verbally harass our employees. We treat all clients the same regardless of how much they spend with us or how long they've been bidding with us. We believe in equal, fair and respectful treatment to all our clientele and expect clients to treat us with equal respect and dignity, something which you were incapable of doing despite our repeated attempts to work with you.
