Hello, This piece was advertised exactly as it is, as a limited edition Rizzi print. Rizzi is an artist of both 3-D and 2-D artworks, which you have even noted in your review. Our photographs indicate that this is a 2-D piece, and we would have advertised it as 3-D if it were. We also provide bidders with ample time to request any additional information or ask any questions before the auction. If there were any concern over what kind of artwork this was, questions should have been asked before purchasing. We do not misrepresent artwork or attempt to mislead buyers. As to your statement of this possibly being fake, we are curious what basis this claim is made on, as we can guarantee that this is an original numbered print signed by Rizzi's hand. Our condition report which was advertised before the sale clearly states: "Possible slight bend to base, glass sits with slight wobble. " This was explicitly mentioned in our condition report for this item. We provide condition reports in our catalogs as a customer courtesy and provide the opportunity for clients to request additional condition reports before the sale if they have any questions. There was nothing wrong with the easel that you purchased from our auction. Buyer's remorse is not an excuse for inaccurate and defaming reviews. If anyone reading this is curious we would be happy to share the email exchange as well as the credit card company's verdict in our favor. Other auctioneers beware of this problem bidder.
