They did not respond to my email about "when would I receive my purchase." It took longer than I expected to receive the item. Other than that, it was fine.

I buy a lot and don't know what this survey refers to... You need to include a description or a link of what the item was.

Very friendly and supportive on the phone. Auction conducted per typical guidelines. Invoice received in a timely manner. Shipped in a timely manner. Shipment well packaged. Highly recommend this house.

Bought desk and chair Desk had screws missing holding the handles and not original Seat was not attached at all Shipping was very difficult as I was never notified when or where to pick item up. Just a nasty note to pick up after a week. The auction itself was positive and the fees reasonable. Would bid again with house as I now will ask more questions about the item and understand their shipping approach so I can course correct.

Like all auction houses that do not do their own shipping, the shippers they recommend uniformly overcharge. I know the auction houses do not want to get involved but it would be nice if in turn for recommending them they could quote better prices for the high bidders.

Very Good. You should investigate the Diamond auction sites with no buyers premium.. They have not honored winning bids

They're very deceptive. I bought an item that was misrepresented. These albums were empty when I received them, and the auction house rejected give me a refund and accept the item back. They shouldn't be on your platform.

I frequently purchase via auctions online & Vera's Auction House far surpassed any of the others! I received my invoice within 24 hours of the auction's end, paid via PayPal, & had my items by the end of the week! Their shipping/handling charges were very reasonable & the whole experience was very positive!! I will definitely purchase items from Vera's in the future!!

Some auction houses give me a phone number to a shipping company and I have to coordinate shipping on my own. Veto Beach Auction House coordinated the shipping for me making the process a little easier than other places.

I can't remember if they included condition information, but my biggest complaint with any of the auction houses on LiveAuctioneers is that they almost appear to be trying to discourage bidding-no condition information, one generic photo, no discussion of any fairly obvious problems with the piece. It's either too much work, or they are intentionally hoping to deceive prospective buyers. After 25 years in business, I still get fooled. The houses with any integrity take the offending items back. The others don't. Very discouraging.

I have done business with this auction house previously, and have been incandescently happy. The only reason this latest interaction left me only Somewhat Satisfied is the oddly expensive cost for shipping an item roughly the size of a large book. I will be merrily using Vero Beach Auctioneers in the future, but will be wary of the shipping. Cheers!

I think everything went very well. No issues at all.

Shipping: would like to see offered different options-overnight, 2 day and ground to reduce some of the shipping cost. But overall a very easy and simple way to handle transactions-very happy

They refused to arrange for shipping. They are very unprofessional. Never ever will deal with them again!

I spoke with David at Vero Beach Auctions to make arrangements for pickup of my article. He was terrific. I'll continue to attend their auctions especially because of the treatment I received.

Buyer's Premium is too high on most items.
