05-17-23 AT 10:02 AM I will recommend this shop. Everything they described was identical to what was received. The item that I chose was not only beautiful and amazing but it was in perfect condition when I received it, they are easy to work with their packaging is amazing. To describe what they did. They took layers of tissue paper including tape and wrapped them securely. They took bubble wrap plus tape on the Box. I must say that when I received this package, it felt to me like they were sending this package to themselves. To put the icing on the cake, they email me multiple times to make sure that I was aware with this package was at all time and made sure that I received it as they promise and safely. PS: I hate competition but if you care I would buy from this shop their items they have is worth the money and great customer service by far. Thank you, very happy experience, Luis 😊

This auction house claimed items were Waterford, but almost half were not and a vase was in horrible condition and did not disclose that. Does not back their items and shipping charges were ridiculously high. Buyers beware and do not bid on this dishonest auction house.

Great auctions with great pieces

This was my first experience purchasing anything at auction. I received a phone notification advising that my item was coming up and i was able to follow along and bid via the app on my phone. The process was fun and could not have been any easier. I was able to make shipping arrangements through the auction houses recommended shipper. It was semels and I had the painting in my possession within a week. I will definitely be following Vero Beach Auction and bidding on more items in the future.

I have purchased 3 items so far and all three have been a pleasurable experience and I look forward to many more. Good people, good experience.

A silkscreen was purchased from this auction house. Talking to the auctioneer I was told a relative personally choose this item, and that the condition was "appropriate" for it's age. Upon receiving it I realized it had been exposed to direct sunlight, likely for years, and that there was pronounced fading. Comparing it to a an undamaged copy the difference was extraordinary. This never should have been offered for sale as the exposure damage is severe. To state that the condition was anything but ruined was misleading. The damage was obvious. Every auction house posts disclaimers regarding condition, so Vero Beach Auction isn't unique in that regard. Every buyer should ask for a condition report, which I did; understating damage, or worse, being ignorant of damage, is unacceptable. The print I purchased isn't fit for display. It's fit for the trash. The consignor knew it and the auctioneer either knew it as well, or should have known such. An auction house can choose to offer merchandise of quality or offer trash. Vero Beach Auction offered trash. Their condition report was either intentionally misleading or completely ignorant. Either way, I would not purchase from them again, nor would I suggest anyone purchase from them unless you were absolutely certain of condition yourself. Do not rely on them to provide you with an accurate description of condition. Thumbs down.

Crock was not original, entire bottom half was auto body filler. Not damage noted in auction and it was not stoneware as listed. Auction House refused to return the item. Selling something as stoneware when it is not is fraudulent!!! Do not buy from these people!!!!
