Smooth transaction. In house shipping was reasonable.

Items came packaged well. Easy to do business with.

Great items that I am very pleased with, and I really liked their no hassle packing and shipping. One of my favorites! Will definitely be back!

Stony Ridge Auction was great.

They contacted me with concerns about shipping cost because they do they're own shipping. Definitely helped me decide to pick up items myself. Have gotten a big surprise with other auction companies after I'd already paid for items and then the shipping cost was two to three times the cost of the items in the first place.

In this case 'untested' means dead as a doornail. 4 of the 5 toy dinosaurs that were supposed to light up and move failed to do so. There were no batteries in them so I put brand new ones in. Nothing.. dead... not even a click or flicker. I could see that maybe one might not work, but 4 out of the four. I question if they were untested or just sold knowingly broken. That question leads me to my decision to never deal with Stony 'untested' Ridge again. THEY have been 'tested' and found lacking.

This glass black head is beautiful. It arrived well packed and within the week of being shipped. I love it, and highly recommend this auction house.

Well packed and rapid delivery!

I bought a portrait and selected asking them to ship. They gave me a price, but I was hoping that they could ship ground for less money. I called them and they were so kind. They even took the Portrait to the UPS store so they could ship it cheaper. I am so in awe Of how accommodating they were and how quickly they got everything turned around. Other auction companies should follow their example.

This is one of my absolute favorite auction houses. I get excited when I see a new auction. They always have great lots to offer and I always find something (s) I really want. They have one of the best payment and shipping process. I will always sign up for their auctions as I don't want to risk missing a treasure.

No problems

There was a problem with shipping. I contacted the USPS on Facebook and they admitted that the package was delivered on the day the auctioneer sent it and it stayed there for two weeks. This was no fault at all with the auction house. Finally after two weeks they delivered it back to the auction house on a Thursday then it was repackaged with the same correct address, sent Friday and I receive it on Tuesday. I must emphasize that it was not the auction house's fault! You can verify the progress I dealt with on Facebook USPS page, if they kept it on the page.

Process worked smoothly. No problems. Item as pictured and described. Fast delivery.
