One of my biggest complaints with auction houses is the often exorbitant cost of having my won items shipped to me. Routinely, the only way to get items shipped from the auction house is to have a UPS store pick up the item, pack it and ship it. I've been in the musical instrument business for years and I know what it takes to pack an instrument and send it by UPS or Fed-Ex, so when I am charged close to $200. for a $40. packing job and a $70.00 shipment, I feel taken advantage of. Soulis Auctions does NOT fall into to this category. I was literally shocked to see how overly reasonable their in-house packing and shipping fees were. 5 STARS! Leo Intermountain Guitar and Banjo

This was the first time bidding and winning two items auctioned. I contacted the Auction Company after winning to confirm when the items could be picked up and received an answer within a few hours. When picking up item there is a covered drive up window; then they will bring item out to you. They do take awhile to find you in their system
