I have only had good experiences with Soulis Auctions.

Great auction house to do business with. Have purchased items in the past and this last time and have never been disappointed. Very easy to register, invoices are in a timely period, shipping is reasonable and fast. First rate auction house.

This was my 1st on-line auction win. Afterwards Soulis answered several email questions and sent paperwork quickly. They packed items expertly for a very reasonable fee-sending them off to arrive quickly and safely. I think these folks are all terrific. Art F.

They have an e excellent reputation in our town for being knowledgeable about antiques, and they are known for having quality items.

Everything was easy but when I received the item it had been packaged in a box that was not large enough and a piece of the sculpture was poking out the side of the box... Which could have easily damaged the piece (though it thankfully seems not to have).

Soulis Auction responded very quickly to my inquiry about why my on-line bidding registration had not been approved. This allowed my to be a participant in the auction that I was interested in. The bidding process on-line was flawless, easily understood, and quick to pick up on my increased bids. The item was packed very thoughtfully, and the framed print arrived in excellent condition.

I've followed Soulis Auctions for several years. I have always outstanding service and they have a great buyers premium. They had a problem with some new software after the last auction, but immediately let me know what was going on and kept me informed. Best experience I've ever had with an auction house.

Billing and invoicing was very efficiently handled. Liked the fact that the auction house itself ships (or is responsible) for handling the shipping of most items. Received items in about a week and an half after the auction, which is perfectly acceptable to me.

From beginning to end my experience with Soulis Auction House was superb. They assisted me with answers to several questions. They took care of every step of the buying and shipping process. Very smooth. I currently reside in Moscow, Russia and it took a very short time to receive my item. Great staff.
