We always have a fine experience with Concept Art Gallery and its people. It's a great part of the Pittsburgh art and auction scene.

This was my first experience with the auction house. I didn't know what to expect. But I did get my purchase in a timely manner. Richard

Ok, I'm just about to ping the auction house. I won two framed prints for ~ $50. Each of their recommended shipping vendors is quoting $300.+ for shipping. Total racket, feels very dishonest. I've never paid more than $40. or $50. for shipping inexpensive artwork. They seem to have some sort of kickback thing set up. Not great.

Have done business with Sam Berkovitz at Concept for the past 25 years and he is competent, knowledgeable and honest. What more could you ask for from the owner of an art gallery/auction house.

Picked up items (so shipping "neutral"), but communication was very good and on site staff very pleasant to deal with. A bit of interior condensation made "what you received" less than strong. Definitely plan on considering future offerings.

Watching the auction live was fun and the discussion about each piece as it came up was actually educational. It was like being there but without having to dress! Very good experience

In my experience, the auction house is highly professional and all items have been as shown. I have also had very good experiences with the local shipper, including packing and shipping fragile items. Very positive experience, overall.

Unlike some of the auction houses on Live Auctioneers, their material is totally authentic.
