I have not heard anything from the auction house even though they advised me I have bid on an item when I did not think I had done so. So I have not received and invoice and this have not paid for nor received the item which ai believe was a Ruger 10/22 pistol with a stand or something.

ship my pistols and send me the tracking information please.

The shipping was done quite pragmatically and reasonable. I bought helmets and these things go through a war so not needing tons of bubble wrap and a huge box so they were packed together in a way to minimize the expense and it was quite appreciated. Thumbs up for this auction house and you can share that with them if you choose to. Apple

Items were listed in very good condition. One item was unusable because of ware and missing parts. Photos did not allow the viewer to see questionable condition issues.

the items are what i thought they were going to be. But federal express damaged the box witch broke the glass on one of the prints. the auction house said they would take care of the repairs. We are in the prosses of getting it fixed..

I realize this was a big auction with many items to ship. However, when I'm paying $24 for shipping and handling, I would have liked to see the turn around time to ship shorter than the full 14 days. Does the auction house only have one old guy in a basement shipping packages? Otherwise, satisfactory.

I thought their in house shipping people did a nice job. Having in house shipping is a big plus to me, because I have had issues in the past with live auctioneers purchases at other Auction Houses that handed the lots off to third party shippers... most that have zero experience handling antiques and collectables. It is disappointing to have a fragile item you just bought tossed in a box without any packing. Anyway, this was not the case here, and I again want to compliment these guys for their professionally run operation.

Centurian-like most auction houses-skimps on pictures-which makes internet bidders less comfortable and hurts their realized price. I don't understand why they don't spend more time on pics-since most serious bidders are not at the auction site and rely entirely on the pics

The item could have been photographed more. With antiques, the small differences make a big difference in price. I have not yet received my merchandise. It is a small 1 pound package. I payed immediately after the auction. I understand that the process can be cumbersom, but I feel enough time has passes for me to feel irritated.

I actually think that the condition of the item I won was even better than what the pictures represented. Very pleased with the transaction!

Two basic problems: 1) the description did not state that part of the barrel had been touched up with bluing, where there appeared to have been some wear during normal firearm handling. Not a deal breaker, but description should have been more specific and pointed one of the photos (which did show the retouch on close inspection) 2) The shipping container and packaging was well below standards for firearms shipments. It was loosely wrapped, not stabilized within shipping carton; and a protrusion on the firearm perforated the shipping container. Fortunately, there appears to be no harm to firearm.

When I called to pay my invoice it was very hard to reach someone and when I finally did, the customer representative I spoke with was rude and very short with me over the phone. It was like I was bothering or interrupting him in someway. I have been a customer of this auction house for a few years now and I do not appreciate this type of treatment.

Very professional and thorough. Responded to my questions quickly. A pleasure to do business with.
