Excellent Service!

The way the treat their clients is exceptional. Sadly that is hard to find these days.
I was on a 33 day trip around the world as an airline pilot for a LARGE freight carrier and I discovered virtually everything of mine was hacked. I got home reset my email and was able to pay the Shipping immediately.

Billing Procedure
After the auction concluded I anticipated an invoice. Time passed with no invoice. I called and was told They were not interested in payment over the phone and should go to the web site; I did and paid. A week later I got an e-mail that in a separate billing I am to pay shipping at once or I will not receive the item.... This is far from acceptable.

Thank you for your review and feedback. I do need to take a moment to address the content of your comment: 1. ** All invoices are sent by email within 24 hours of the auction. They are then automatically re-sent at set intervals until such time they are paid. We cannot help the fact a buyer fails to check their spam or junk email folder. | 2. ** We do accept payment by phone. A buyer is always welcome to pay by phone. | 3. ** Shipping process is clearly defined in the terms of sale agreed to by all bidders prior to being able to bid (clause 1), again in the invoice email, and then again in the paid receipt email. It is incumbent on the buyer/bidder to read the communication. Everything is very clearly stated. | 4. ** None of our communication is ever aggressive so we will never use terminology as you state: "I am to pay shipping at once or I will not receive the item". Won My First Bid
I do a lot of bidding (my curse) on another internet site and this was my first win after three different tries with this auction house. Some of the things you have to get used to is a percentage that has to be paid above your bidding amount and the length of time the item is up for bid which is much longer. There doesn't seem to be an easy way of contacting the seller for questions and additional photographs if you are trying to authenticate a piece prior to bidding. Just like other sites there are a lot of fake stuff being sold as original so you have to be careful. However I found something within a grouping of a number of military patches that I had been looking for a long time so to get it I knew I had to bid high and after a long wait and this high 25 % fee I was forced to pay I won the lot. Another issue is the inability to use my sniping software to bid on items with this auction house. So I won't be bidding a great deal like I do on other sites but I keep checking this auction house in the event that I come across some of the rarer stuff which I found is few and far between. However if you don't look you won't find that piece that you have been looking for for years.

We do understand shipping is taking a bit longer than expected with our shipping manager and many of the shipping staff testing positive for COVID and having to home quarantine. I understand accounting did mention this to you when you phoned this week and your only comment was that "this was no way to do business." I do apologize, but we did not plan for our shipping department or operations to test positive for COVID. We are doing our absolute best to work through the situation. Your understanding would be appreciated. ********************************************************************************** "We make our best efforts to ship all invoices within 14 business days of cleared payment (we most often pack and ship within 7 days of payment), but unfortunately our shipping operations have been impacted by COVID. Over the last 10 days, our shipping manager and many shipping department staff have tested positive for COVID and are now in home quarantine. This has significantly impacted our shipping operations. We have allocated other gallery resources to the shipping department to assist, but even with the other resources, shipping is still not operating at normal speed or capacity. Dent in scabbard
I bought an SA dress dagger. After receiving the dagger I noticed a dent in the scabbard which was not mentioned in the description and not visible on the photos. The matter has been solved with the auctioneer by receiving a bidding credit because returning the item was for me a too big hassel, since I live in Europe.
