I have been a regular bidder for many years. Never I have had an auction house so hard to reach and so irresponsible. They promised the shipping after they collected the full payment and shipping charges. For one and a half month they kept telling me they are shipping the item. Just last week they write back that they are unable to ship the item. It has been most unpleasant to deal with them. I am not sure if or when they are going to refund my money. I don’t trust these guys and their words. I will never bid with this auction house again.

They "lost" the $4500 painting that I won and paid for. I waited 2 months for their in house shipping with and contacted them numerous times for update and they finally told me that they did not have my painting. They kept my money all this time. Finally had to use credit card company to get a refund. Unbelievable. Still waiting for an explanation or proper apology.

Excellant Auction

The statue arrived damaged and broken from shipping in very poor packaging by either UPS or Connoisseur I don't know who did the wrapping but clearly whoever did doesn't know how to wrap collectibles. The stuffing was folded newspaper and some cotton like tiny balls that are fluffy not something you would wrap a composite bronze sculpture in for shipping. The box is thin and arrived with tears in it, dents and looked as though it was reused Amazon box (it was sent UPS.) The auction house has kept ignoring me despite my emails as to what to do with the broken statue since it's been broken in multiple places. The body and feet have broken off from the base. The left arm from the body, and the fingers and thumb from the arm. The fingers & thumb are most likely somewhere down inside the stuffing of the box with its dirty cotton like stuffing that I have yet to empty out due to its unhygienic appearance. I'm willing to settle for a discount if the auction house would work with me since I was able to glue the feet back on the base. The arm I haven't been able to, so now Jesus looks rather funny standing there missing one of his limbs as he's reaching up to heaven. If someone would please get back to me I would greatly appreciate getting this resolved. Note: had the statue been properly packaged in a heavier box with better packaging material such as what I had paid for, this all could have been avoided! As for Connoisseur's return policy, so far it is failing to deliver.

The guitar I bid on was taken off the sale after because the cosigner decided he didn't want to sale the guitar.

Absolutely as described. Shipment isn't lickety split. And a little weird. About 7-10 days after I paid, I received an email showing aStamps.com shipment coming from a person who I didn't know and deleted it thinking it was spam. Well, that was from Connoisseur. So, I'm waiting for some kind of communication about when my product will be sent and it already had; it just didn't read Connoisseur in the shipping information. Packing was fine. Print was exactly as described.
