Great weapon purchase from the auction, exceeded my expectations.

Once again, this auction house delivers service, quality and fast shipping.

I purchased a high value item. The auction house is unable to provide any information regarding shipping other than that items ship in up to 15 days. They were unwilling to speak to shipping or allow me to speak to shipping to get a general idea on the time frame. This is a high value item. I have never had an auction house provide such a lack of information or be so unwilling to provide any sort of information about when a customer can receive an item.

I had a max Prebid of $275 set up days ahead of the auction. Apparently, the day of the auction a person present at the auction bid $275 also and the auctioneer accepted it. So, I had to bid $300 to win the item. So, in the long run I end up paying more for the item, the extra buyer's premium and taxes. When I called to pay the woman basically said tough luck:/i have spent thousand with this auctioneer in the past and in my opinion my Prebid should have been honored instead of me bidding $275 and $300 costing myself up to additional $50 in fees cost and taxes.

The seller's shipping was used and was prompt and well done although a bit expensive.

Morphy is the best, couldn't of packed toys better! Well protected, great care taken in wrapping. The best shipping rates I have seen in the online auction business!!

I have been the winning bidder with Morphu's on numerous occasions and they have always been top notch. Friendly staff and easy to work with. I will not hesitate to bid on their auctions when I find something I'm interested in!

Very difficult to deal with-They don't even send you an invoice for 2-3 days then make you fill out unnecessary paperwork when you already have a resale certificate. Then will automatically put a dispute on your account even though they are the reason they aren't paid in a timely manner. Final icing on the cake-their men broke a piece of glass in one of the three cases I paid $8000 for. Not a peep. Never again.

Always have great stuff. I was charged sales tax on shipping and packing which is not a taxable item. They reversed charge, but I was not pleased to have to work through it.

Best service as always. Fast follow up & Excellent packaging. Their own International payment bugged, as often but I could pay thru another method. The shipping costs were pretty expensive but fast & with an excellent pro pakaging. Satisfied one more time.

Dan Morphy Auctions came through this time with a nice shotgun and fair shipping and handling. The shotgun is actually nicer than advertised as the bore is mint on the shotgun. If some idiot during it's lifetime had not attempted to remove the lock screws the gun would easily rate mint except for a little finish loss on the stock. Satisfied bidder this go round. My dealer commented on the excellent packaging. Thanks!!

Great Auction

They are a great company and offer the gold standard in service.

They made a dispute befor the term of payment. It is not a new concern but just to let You know. The payment for items was on 9th March. On 8th March I wanted to pay but there was no possibility. The dispute caused that I couldnt bid on other auctions. Now they are blockin me on their auctions. I dont recommend....
