I have been buying from Golden Sun since before they changed their name. I have never had a problem with them or the items I won at their auctions. Most of the time I go to them and pick up my items but some times my 9 different jobs conflict and they ship them to me. I had them auction off about 60 items I had no use for and they did an excellent job. I will use them whenever I can.

My Native American woven Christmas Tree is just the right size and looks great. It fits great on the wall at my Cabin. Thanks Golden Sun Auctions. Another great auction win and purchase.

The descriptions and images of the Kachina I purchased were accurate and helpful, the payment process was simple and effortless, and I'd like to make a special note about the efforts of The UPS Store # 5432 who offered me a prompt and reasonable shipping quote, picked up, packaged an extremely delicate carved cottonwood kachina, and kept me informed throughout the process. I have nothing but top marks to give to all concerned. thank you, everyone, especially Monica and the folks at UPS.

Golden sun auctions did a superb job, auctioning, packaging, and shipping my item. I was very pleased throughout the process. They respond quickly to emails. I will bid with him again in the future.

I liked the items and that was why I bid on them. I am a Freemason and a Retired Command Chief Petty Officer from the Navy. I wanted the Chiffons Petty Officer Pin mostly. What I did not expect was how tiny the items were. My Chief's pin is one and a half inches long. The one I received was about a quarter inch long. If I wear it, nobody will know what it is unless they get within 6 inches of my lapel. I have found the MOST of the auction houses do not describe ANYTHING well. Chains-no length. Rings-no size. Anything electrical-not tested to see if it works. I have notified every auction house I deal with of the discrepancies and some have corrected it but not all and many don't always remember them. Some day it will get better.

I know that the head its not in proportion with the body but WHO CARES? I got Bogart. His is one of my favorite movie stars. Whenever CASABLANCA is on TV, I watch it. The same goes for the African Queen and every other movie he was in. I loved him as an actor and as a human being.

I've been bidding/purchasing items from Golden Sun Auctions for many years. The owners and people working at the auction house are very nice, honest,, dependable and flexible to get your items. It is a great group and you won't be disappointed with them.

Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, from notice of winning to payment and shipping. Everything goes so much easier with companies that do their own shipping, and shipping tends to be less costly. This was a heavy item that came very well padded.

My first time purchasing from this auction house. Was contacted about shipping which was experty done in house for a very reasonable $25.00. Probably would have been $60.00 if shipped by a separate company. When I opened the box I was quite pleased how the Daum Horse's head was carefully packed. After examining my purchase there were no flaws or blemishes and the piece was exactly as described. I really appreciate the in-house shipping not only for the very fair price, but the convenience of not having to get quotes from local outside shippers. This firm is very customer friendly and really cares about providing exceptional service. Was clear to me when they phoned with the shipping quote. As a result of my experience I highly recommend Golden Sun Auctions. Thank you!

I was a successful bidder for some old TV 16mm Shows. The films I received were useless since They are chemically decomposed, reeking of Vinegar, and cannot be projected or used. They are fit to throw in a trash can. Use extreme caution when bidding with this auction house.

This looked even better in person. I had it framed and I just love it. Very colorful and bright with a little cleaning.
