Not my first time buying from Dan and Suki (Amy), and it's always a pleasure. Items are accurate as described.

Easy to bid, easy to pay, super efficient packing and prompt shipping.

The description was totally wrong, the locomotive was offered as gauge 2 but was gauge 1. The auction house did not try to answer my questions. The movement is broken, it was written without a key, that is with every toy where there is no key, I have to reckon with the clockwork is broken. The clockwork doesn't fit the locomotive either. Have everything documented 2-3 x asked for an answer unfortunately in vain. I will certainly never buy anything from this auction again. The fun cost me about $1000 and isn't even worth $100. I have made a suggestion to regulate the good, unfortunately in vain. My nams is Oleg 23 b 2353 Guntramsdorf AUSTRIA **********

Shipping took too long and the items that were shipped were lightweight and could have been shipped at a lower price. You need to do a better job at shipping choices.

The Auction House did a good job describing the item. I got it at a fair price, and the shipping was prompt and inexpensive compared to other Auction Houses and items I bid for successfully.

The vases were exactly as described and beautiful. I have made purchases from them in the past and have never been disappointed. I have even gone so far as to trust them with about $5, 000.00 worth of items for them to auction off for me. That is what I call trust.

the lot description stated 164 silver roosevelt coins but only 154 included. No response received when raised to auction house. Also a bit of a hassle to arrange shipping through 3rd party but fully disclosed upfront.

I am totally satisfied with the service received from this relatively new, to me, auction house. Owners go out of their way to answer questions and are not afraid to correct descriptions when necessary. I have found them to be totally honest and without reservation give them 5 solid stars. No, we are not related!

I have bid and won many items in auctions over the years and although very rare, there can be a problem with an item description. That situation happened in my case in a recent auction. It was completely understandable how it happened and clearly not intentional. In fact, at first glance I would have described the item exactly the same way as the auctioneer did. But with closer examination it was clear it was incorrect. Appraisal and Estate Sale quickly responded and agreed it was an incorrect description. Without hesitation they resolved the situation. This says a lot about Appraisal & Estate and that you can bid at their auctions with confidence.

Very happy with AESS from start to finish... I had one question related to the tracking # and a response was swift and contained the info I needed. That is customer service to nth degree. Also, although overlooked by others, is how pleased I am with their TLC in packing and shipping. My 1:2 items was extremely fragile but the packing ensured it's safe arrival. Thank you AESS!

Very happy with my items, which were well described and photos were excellent and very helpful. I contacted Daniel about a couple of things and got a friendly response with accurate, useful information. They shipped in house and it was first rate: careful excellent packing. VERY HAPPY with my items and the whole experience!

This was my first time using Appraisal & Estate Sale Specialists, Inc and I would definitely recommend and use them again. I wish shipping was in-house. However, they did provide a list of 4 shipping options that worked out well.

Advertised as wrong caliber. Do not pack or ship direct had to use ups. Took a while to get. Guess if it's something you can't live without would be worth the trouble but I've dealt with many other auction houses and this one is a bit disappointing.
