I won an item at this auction and was billed for it! When I called to pay invoice I was told they made a mistake and I didn't win it but it went to the floor. Then they said in order to correct the bill I had to call Liveauctioneers

I have not yet received my lot. Shipper they use took me several days & many phone calls to have any contact with them. I paid day after sale, shipper has still not even picked up. This is the only shipper they use, which is a real problem

The auction house released the Lot 415 after calling and emailing several times, after TWO weeks. They mentioned lack of personnel as an excuse!!! This is my worst experience with LiveAuctioneers and suggest to investigate this auction house. I am expecting to get the item only later this week! The auction was on 7/8/2016.

Great merchandise

Small chips on both glass bottles in one lot of the two that I won. These should have been noted!

It took the auction house 2 full weeks to get my item to they're preferred shipper. and i still haven't hear back from the ups shipper when the item will be packaged up and sent. Making it an additional 8 days of waiting. its only 2 12x18 framed prints for heaven's sake.

It took one day for them to contact me to pay for the item I won on 5/30 or 31, which was fine. However, I was not contacted until 6/13 by their shipper (UPS) to pay for shipping as the auction house itself does not ship. It also cost $19.19 to ship a comparatively small lot of buttons that could have been wrapped in bubble wrap and send by a small Priority Mail box and which would have arrived 3 or 4 days after the auction. As of today's date, 6/20/2016, I have not yet received the item. Although the people I dealt with at McInnis and UPS were nice, this experience will never be repeated as I will not buy from them again. Frankly, any auction house you represent should state up front-as part of the information on bidding-whether or not they can be bothered to ship the merchandise they sell. I consider that to be a fair consideration when purchasing an item.

I think they ran an exceptional and professional sale. The live feed made it feel like I was in the room bidding.

The only problem is the response to an online bid. The delay cost me several bids, but that's how it works.

I placed a bid (approved days before) on a lot using Live Auctioneers, and the auctioneer sold it FOR LESS THAN MY BID. When questioned, the auctioneer wrote back that it was likely sold "before they saw my bid". I have no idea what that means but it doesn't happen with "Invaluable". I drove to Maine from Massachusetts at an arranged place and time, and NO ONE WAS AT THE SHOP THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO. I still don't have the item.

I bid based on email and telephone conversations that the clock was running and chiming. However the clock does NOT chime and was mis represented. I would of passed had I known that. I have the email conversations if your interested. All in this was a 3900 purchase that's worth 2000 in its present state.

Their shipping process or use of UPS Stores is out of this world cost wise for the buyer. Won't bid any more with this firm because of that.

Called and emailed, never heard back. These people should be barred from LiveAuction.com
