Good auction house.

I was fortunate to win three items at a personal estate hosted by McInnes, a few states away from me. They worked with me to arrange delivery of these pieces of furniture and books. Very helpful and friendly folks. It was a real pleasure to work with them.

Answered all questions quickly helped resolve issue with tax exempt status, very professional.

I have bought many items from McInnis and all were pleasant experiences. Re the item above, the Will Barnett silkscreen, the photo was so dark one could not see the piece of work. I had to pull the photo onto my desktop and then put into my iPhoto album and edit it there in order to see the colors and detail. I think more bidders would have bid on the piece had they been able to see it. A very nice piece. Other than that, I've had no problems with McInnis Auctioneers. I've also consigned hundred of pieces to their auctions and all went fine.

A perfect experience, from start to delivery. Kudos as well, to Brenda, at the UPS store recommended by the auction house.

Easy to do business but check premium before bidding it can add too much to the price.

The entire experience, including asking questions, physically viewing the items, bidding, paying and shipping, was uncomplicated. A couple of e-mails and phone calls and you're done. I really appreciated that they have a relationship with the local UPS store and just transferred my items to the store for packaging and then had the store call me with the bill. I'm used to having to arrange my own shipping which is a time-consuming process.

After an unforeseen issue with the items received, they stepped up with great customer service. My highest recommendation. Thank you.
