Pasarel has been around a long time-well known auction house in Israel. Trustworthy, responsive, fast shipping.

Great item-was clear in the listing and although they did checkout in their own method they were very quick to let me know they received and shipped my item super quick. It was also packaged very well. I am very satisfied with the price paid too. Would def check out their auctions again!

While the preliminary descriptions were accurate, 8 of the 10 items are not working cameras. Usually you get an “untested”. Overall communication was very good.

My experience with Pasarel was great. They were easy to communicate with and provided quick shipping. The only issue I had was with US Customs and DHL not being very responsive to assisting with clearing my item through customs. This was not Pasarel’s issue though.

Terrible packaging. No care was put into shipping a $4, 000 item. My item was damaged during shipping and Pasarel has been unresponsive. Cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. Live Auctioneers has also been slow in responding.

Pasarel is a great auction house to work with. The items are well described and photographed. If you still need additional information they are happy to provide you with more details. The after sales is also correct, on time, and when you have specific requests responsive. Furthermore, the shipman is easy to follow through the local website of the postal service. In in all, a great experience, and the items I was able to obtain in their auctions are great.

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. They have not sent me my items that I spent over 5000.00 US dollars …. all along PROMISING to send them. BUYER BEWARE. This has been 7 months and supposedly LIveauctioneers have “stepped up” the investigation. I have yet to hear from Liveauctioneers …. once again …. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The painting arrived with part of the frame broken due to inadequate packing
