Item not received
I contacted them about the ruby ring that was not delivered with my order. They have only responded asking me for information that they already have. I explained that all items were checked off except the ring that had an X next to it. They have made not effort to refund the $600 or fees and shipping. I need to know what I can do to get the refund that should have already been issued. Please advise.

Turned it around!
Gave this auction house a second chance and LOVED all of it! This necklace is amazing and worth all the bid price premium shipping! It does add up but their stuff is worth every penny. Bid here, let them ship your items, you won’t be sorry!

Never received item or follow up response
Item was won in early January and it’s a month later and all communication has stopped and my items not any verifiable tracking information has been sent. Definitely the worst of my auction experiences.

AVOID, UNSCRUPULOUS AUCTION HOUSE, AT BEST!!!!
Prior to winning an item, communication was excellent. Amanda explained that live auctioneers would also charge me for shipping, but since I also paid and shipped through Florida estate, they would notify Liveauctioneers and I would be reimbursed. She confirmed all this via email and stated if we didn't receive the live auctioneers refund, she would intervene. I never received the refund, despite being double charged for shipping.. I have left multiple voicemails and emails with the original agreement and ZERO response from Florida Estate sales. DO NOT be fooled and taken advantage of by this morally corrupt business!!!!

Quality of the 14K "Mens" Ring is very disappointing
Regrettable, the amethyst and 14K gold ring is far too delicate for a man, and secondly the quality of the setting is very thin and seems quite flimsy. It is also a hollow setting and the edges are somewhat sharp. I recall buy from Florida Estate sales previously and I don't recall any significant concerns, but the ring I recently bought for my husband is just not what one would have reasonably expected.

The Absolute Worst
Spent some time chattering with me about live sticking their shipping on and then poof disappeared had to beg for in house shopping rate then had to beg for invoice to pay, paid and told ships in 3 days that was ions ago, have asked 5 times for a ********** tracking number and nobody can answer anything. If you want an item you paid for, don’t bid here. I’m filing with my cc if I don’t get a tracking number within 24 hours, a month later!!!!!!! A month since I won, absolutely foolish customer service.

I bought a small loose stone, $130. I questioned shipping charge of over $35.
I bought a loose stone of not much value, was charged nearly $36 to ship it. I called spoke to Stephen. He said that it would be shipped USPS Priority and that they don't ship in the small size box, easier to get lost in the mail it would be a medium or large priority box, thus the extra charge. I bought this on 9/6/25 and paid right away. received my shipping invoice made my call to them questioning the amount went back online and paid that same day. Another 10 days go by and nothing. I leave a message about when the item will ship. Today, 9/20/25 I am notified fromstamps dotcom that my item was on its way, via ups ground, not by USPS and not Priority? I'm waiting to see this gigantic box housing my tiny stone once it gets here that cost me $36.00. Listed as a natural stone, colored but when questioned, I was told that they didn't have a tester that could for sure, identify its authenticity, lab or natural. I follow this seller but after being honest about how I feel on this transaction, I'll probably be blocked. You can only learn and correct your short comings, when you're willing to take criticism.

Beware of this Scam Auction
I bought a 5 carat diamond and it was a FAKE. Then this psychopath has tried to accuse me of switching out the diamond. Watch out. This auction is a scam. I have reported them.

You bought a lab grown diamond from us in auction. You then took the diamond to a friend of yours who told you it was moissanite. The stone he returned had a different carat weight than what was listed in auction by a dramatic amount. Furthermore it has different facets and cuts. You then blame us for not taking the loss? Absolutely ridiculous. The first thing you should have done is verified weights. I was still willing to try and work with you until you started insulting me. Do better.

Firearm purchase
Won a firearm that ended up being inaccurately described. They acknowledge they are not gunsmiths but for the auction house fee we pay, you expect they tat they do something more for that fee. Firearm is completely unusable and waste of money.

DO NOT RELY ON THEIR DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS! (Their advice, not mine)
On receipt I discovered one Lot, described as “1 ********** MORGAN SILVER DOLLAR COINS (6)”, included a counterfeit 1904S Morgan Dollar. Checked with a Sigma Precious Metal Verifier (failed) and weight (22 grams-genuine Morgan is 26.7 grams) Immediately emailed Seller to inform and they asked to “[ P ] lease send pictures of the coin with the testing indicating it is not authentic and we will go from there” which I did. Their response was that I did not use the correct setting on the PMV and offered to refund $39.58 (1/6 of lot price + buyers premium). I sent additional pictures and reiterated that regardless of the PMV test, the weight of the coin was a dead giveaway. I informed them that I bid on the Lot based on the representation that it included a “silver” 1904S Morgan and asked for a full refund on the entire Lot. Ken Westby, “Partner”, responded that they “strive to sell only authentic coins” and “do not offer any sort of authenticity guarantees on any items as is listed in our terms of service”. He also said that he “can see just by looking at that coin something looks off about the tone. If you bought the entire lot at a premium for only this coin if it were myself I would have asked some questions about weight and composition prior to placing a bid.” He took the position that “[ N ] othing else in the lot was misrepresented in any way so we simply could not offer an entire refund.” I responded that their sale terms clearly state that "condition grading... is not guaranteed to be accurate" and "bidder is ultimately responsible for determining the condition of a lot", "condition" not "authenticity". Mr. Westby clearly conceded that I was disputing the authenticity, not the condition. Based on the description of 6 "Morgan Silver Dollar Coins", the description was false. It wasn’t worth the aggravation, so I accepted the refund on the FAKE coin. Bottom line, Seller admits that if you bid with them, you cannot rely on their own description, so BUYER BEWARE!

Above and Beyond Customer Service
The extraordinary customer service provided by Stephan Tatum, at Florida Estate Sales Inc, deserves special mention. I won an art piece at one of their online auctions. It was a bulky and delicate statue, and shipping would be a challenge. Or so I thought. Head of Operations, Stephan Tatum, stepped up to coordinate the delivery, and suddenly everything became easy! Item arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. FIVE ***** STARS ***** ALL THE WAY!
