good seller

Bought this ring and pendant to match a bracelet I own. Both are just as pictured and stated. Very pleased with my purchase. I like the variety that is auction house brings. My only request is to have an option for how an item is shipped. USPS it does not deliver to my door, but Fedex and UPS do. And when a signature is required, there is no guarantee I will get an item in my mailbox even if I sign for it. But I do appreciate them arranging the shipping. I stopped buying from many of the auction houses in the Northeast because they make you arrange shipping which is ridiculous. So happily this one does, and I do appreciate it.

Absolutely incompetent seller who does not want to or cannot give you a price for shipping. See also the other negative reviews. He reacts arrogantly to questions and wants you to pay, he is not interested in shipping, catastrophic service, buy from other reputable sellers on this platform but not from Florida Estate. You will regret it!

While initially I was surprised by a shipping fee that seemed a bit high for the item I'd won at auction, Ken at Florida Estate Sales patiently explained the issue to me and did everything he could to resolve the issue, including a personal phone call. The issue itself seemed to stem from them doing everything above board in regard to international shipping and declarations to that effect, contrary, perhaps, to other sellers — you can't really argue with that! In the end I was very happy with the service that I received, and the items, when they arrived, came in pristine condition. Great job, overall. I would recommend doing business with them, especially if you are within the United States and don't have to worry about your package crossing international borders or customs agents.

Wrote 4 emails directly and through LA. Each time received an "auto-response" and no reply from a human. Ironically, after payment was received and item was delivered, I finally got a reply. Awful customer service!

Try to force me to pay $350 to ship a $55 item. Settled at $30 after 2 weeks of battle and sent me a damaged item. Auction house like these give LA a bad name.

I havent received the item I purchased and numerous times to contact company have never been returned. Is this outfit approved to do business with Live Auctioneers?? Would not recommend

I would really work with Florida real estate sales in the future. They were thoughtful about shipping and had great communications with us during the entire process. Everyone I spoke to regarding our winning auction purchase was very professional as well as kind and soft-spoken. Every communication by phone was a pleasure. We will not hesitate in doing business with them in the future.

Never received my auction items-

I thought I won a set of melee diamonds. Only one of the small stones was a diamond and the rest were CZ. I am disappointed.

Their stuff is always amazing, unique and valuable. They know their stuff. I have consigned with Florida Estate Sales as well and it's painless and gets you more money. Follow them!

In review of this purchase, it is not with Florida Sales, but with the quality of the stones. I would consider only of the multi jars, with some of them multi mixed up stones, of poor to unusable quality. Cheap clear quartz, cracked, many chipped, and cloudy. clearly non-useable. Few I would assign to be of semi-gem quality. I should asked further questions before the sale on these. Totally non of the cost I paid (almost $1000) with the fees, tax, shipping cost. Unhappy customer. Richard
