why sale fake? it is man-made diamond, why you only show diamond? i have so big loss, why do not allow return and refund

I bought some Amethyst. It was a slow day and I got a good price. When the order was sent I received the sale of Feldspar. Just a bunch of easily crumbled rocks. Not enough in the game to pursue, just despicable slime. Take your seat. Trash.

I bid on 2 items in this auction, a lot of Star Trek DVDs which I won and received. I also won a lot of Chinese Snuff Bottles. I still have the notifications that I won. I did not receive an invoice for the snuff bottles and when I contacted the auction house, I was told that someone else won them?? I explained that I had a winning bid email, it shows I won on the website, so what is the issue? All she would say is there must have been a glitch? The website still shows my winning bid and says I won this lot. I have no proof and this is only my speculation, but I got these at a very cheap price and I wonder if they didn't do something fishy to keep the items from selling so cheap. Otherwise, their system is sub-par and you cannot rely on accurate bidding. Update, after being in contact with the auction house again, they apologized for the mix up and they confirmed that I was outbid but due to someone's error, it wasn't posted timely on Live Auctioneers. I still don't find it acceptable but I do not believe they did anything intentionally shady. I will give them another try.

Got a great deal on a couple of knives, shipping was quick. Would do business again.

Won two velvet paintings for 50 dollars. Their shipper charged me 90. I thought that's quite high but maybe they go the extra mile packing the art. Instead it was shipped in a manilla envelope. So someone made a cool 60-70 dollars off of bunk shipping prices. Please don't tell me it's out of your hands once you drop it to the shipper. Pretty much feel ripped off.

They have in-house shipping, and it is the cheapest of any I’ve seen on any auction house on this platform. They ship quickly and let you know when your items have shipped. Highly recommend!
