Dealing with Florida Estate Sales was simply a joy. First the item was precisely described and the fact that they offer in-house shipping is a HUGE convenience for me because I don't have to do all all the work remotely to set up shipping with a third party. Item was promptly shipped and immaculately packaged. I am a happy customer!

I've bid in several of their auctions and each time has been great. I bid via the Internet and need items shipped, which they had been communicative and responsive to my needs.

We have participated in many Auctions by this company. Malcom is a straight shooter and a wonderful auction. We trust his knowledge completely!!!

The original listing in the photos showed three silver commemorative coins, the description caption in text read, two silver Olympic coins. A little misleading.

They need to invest in a more secure payment process. Two of my cards were compromised after making purchases with them. When they are the only purchase on the cards you know it was them.

My first bidding experience with Florida Estate Sale LLC was great and pleasant. I am very satisfied with the auction house. They did really wonderful job by offering amazing items at auctions and their after-auction service is also superb and impressive. By comparing with many other auction houses, Florida Estate Sale LLC is one of the few that provide its bidders in-house shipping service at very reasonable and affordable price, which save bidder's lots of time and money and make them peace of mind for packing and shipping issues.

Takes too long to process payment and ship. It was almost a month after the auction by the time the shipment was received. Although the items were well packed, two were damaged. The cracks and breaks were small; however, this damage was not mentioned in the descriptions nor shown in detail in the photos. I would not have bid had I known about the damage.

Outstanding in every way-every item won was received exactly as advertised and in excellent condition.

I have done both pick up and delivery they are extremely customer oriented and professional. The product has exceeded my expectations the auctions aren't inflated like some other actions do to get a higher price and realistic delivery prices.

The shipping company was way over priced. I get product from Europe for half of that price.

Only two of my three purchases was sent. I'm awaiting some satisfaction tomorrow when I talk to them on the phone. Also the two items had stains & were dirty which wasn't in the description. I've won some bids on different auction houses & I'm making a list of which ones I will never use again. This is one I will not use again! Mary

The turnaround time was lengthy. The checkout and shipping process was slightly confusing and took longer than I expected. I am not dissatisfied with my item, but I am not sure I would recommend to out of town buyers.
