Here what I wrote them: Dear Sir/Madam, I paid for it because I want the item and my bid $4000 was a binding one-but look at the evidence online-what had happened with bidding (see below). Evidently somebody of your staff not knowing my highest bid amount was bidding against me all the way up to $4200-then you understood that you overbid yourself and you cancelled just that last bid (as you well aware in such occasions auctioneer is obligated to cancel the sale and to start bidding all over again)-thus selling the item to myself. This is an evident fraud and I am not going to let it be. The only fair way for you out of this situation is to sell me the item for initial price of $2000 (with 0 buyer's commission) and refund the difference over Paypal. If you will not do it I am going to inform about your fraudulent activities all internet community, live auctioneers, and authorities supervising your business.
