Hi Catherine, I'm sorry you think its been difficult getting your items even though you haven't tried to email or call us till today. i guess after your first attempt and call today you realize how easy it was. Our in house shipper informed me today that you called her for the first time, and she promptly gave you a $55.. quote and your were pleasant and agreed. Not mentioning anything about the bad feedback you had just left. and now the pieces are being packed and shipped. We have hundreds of items come through each month and it is ultimately up to the buyer to reach out for shipping. We had not receive any calls or emails from you regarding shipping your items. If we had received any calls or emails we would have had this moving sooner or put you in touch with local shipping companies. We have all our shipping information posted in multiple places and on live auctioneers as well. We dont feel this was a warranted comment but being in business over 30 yrs we do know you cannot please all the people all the time but we try. If we can help you with anything else let us know.
