John Hardy Heart earrings were photographed in a way to make them a lot nicer than they actually were. I think the size information was given but the light used transformed from the less than stellar earrings that you could find in a bargain bin to modern sterling silver with gold accent earrings that were quite unique. Bottom line the photography was misleading.

The auction process went well until the shipping process. The item was shipped to the wrong address, and I still haven ‚ Ä ô t received it making me worry about it ‚ Ä ô s disposition. When I informed the auction house that they had shipped it to the wrong address they apologized, but essentially left me to my own devices to resolve the issue.

It took a long time to receive my items, but I paid immediately.

The picture was deceptive. It made rhe links on tne bracelet look much larger. The description also said it was 7.50 which I thought meant it was 7 inches but it was only 7 inches. The bracelet is extremely light. The last time I won a necklace that was 4 "shorter than was described. Thankfully it was bought through Last Chance so I got a refund. I was concerned bidding again and it looks like I was dece ived again. So sad you cant trust Live Auctioneers

Modern sent me the wrong item, when I called them, they had already realized the error and asked me to return item via post. They refunded my postage immediately and my item arrived within a day or two.

I have sent Modern Jewelry a check some time before christmas, since they would not accept my credit card as all other outfits I dealt with before do. It is now January 4 and I haven't gotten the item I paid for as of this time. What is my recourse? No notification either. Can you check on it? Volker
