Best auction house to deal with.

The picture they had taken was a totally different color of the chair than in reality and they took no responsibility for it. Scam!

We have traveled from Minnesota twice to pick things up from your auctions! A couple of times the items closed suddenly and never recorded my bids which was frustrating. The buyer's premium is really high: (

They have a great system for item pick up. It's hassle free and very flexible. Plus they are super nice about everything. One of my favorite auction houses to buy from.

-In general, (not just this auction house) we do not get enough views of the items or close up of material and issue spots-Two chairs were advertised in the auction as sold with two pillows-but they did not give me the pillows at pick up

Have worked with Uniques & Antiques for many, many auctions. They have ALWAYS been a great pleasure to work with. I thought I was just approved, so many other houses we work with we are, oddly this time it wasn't so. PANIC!!! Although they are a three hour drive away, I just bought again in their latest auction. Unlike some other houses great effort is made to detail the condition and flaws of items. Nice people. Very helpful in loading large items.

Do all of the Auctions supply a list of shippers like this Auction House did? That was extremely helpful and went flawlessly!

I appreciated that they coordinated with their local shipper, so that was easy for me. It was a bit pricey to ship, but the item arrived safely and professionally packed with new packing materials... So I could tell they knew what they were doing. I'm tired of bad EBay packing...! This was definitely well done.

I think they were probably almost the most honest auction company I have dealt with in recent years.

We bid on two items from their auction and supposedly won. Both Items showed up in our shopping cart. After several days past (over Memorial Weekend) waiting on the Invoice, the Auctioneer sent out an email stating that we did not meet the reserve then the items were removed from up Shopping cart. There was no mention of any reserve in the item description. We had already scheduled a transportation provider to make the pickup. We had to contact them and cancel the pickup. We are very disappointed with the way "Uniques & Antiques Inc" handled this auction and will not do business with them in the future. Thank you

i agreed to pay for delivery but they didnt give me enough notice so no one could be at the apartment in their 1 hour window. they also couldnt accommodate another address because it was too far north (a few miles) which is understandable bc the route was predetermined but i still dont have the item. also, i thought i had won a separate item (the only reason i bought the one i did thinking i had the first bc i wouldnt have bid for the 2nd) but it turns out there is a glitch on liveauctioneers where you have to double click but you arent told that. the gallery explained i was the third call that day from bidders who thought they had won a specific lot only to discover not bc there could have been competing or simultaneous bids. this glitch really needs to be resolved.
