The packaging company who packed the items put the wrong suite number on my package with the result that it has caused some confusion with my US shipper. While this was not directly the fault of the auction house I used the packer recommended by them. Next time I will choose a packer with whom I have worked before.

The shippers were disorganized, overwhelmed and the whole process was very slow and required several phone calls over several days. I was charged $51 to ship two lots of jewelry that could have easily fit in one medium size box. Connecticut to New York. And it took a few more days to get here. The pieces of jewelry were not individually wrapped. At least they arrived eventually. They should get different shippers; I almost called to tell them about it. If I buy from them again, I will demand different shippers.

They were extremely communicative and helpful. Without a doubt they are the best auction house I have dealt with-and that is saying a lot!!!

Some of the items that we received were badly damaged and/or repaired poorly. We were not made aware of this on the condition report. When we pointed this out, our only option was to repack everything at our expense, ship back to them at half our expense, which is completely ludicrous and they know this. A more reasonable solution would be to repair these items or at least credit the value of the items-photographs were sent to them documenting Theiss as well. This was our first and last experience with these people. I plan to vigorously share this experience on all our social media platforms. All I have to sum this up with is caveat emptor!

Auction house staff were very unfriendly and lacking basic customer service skills. Was not greeted at all when I came into the building. Phones were more important than face-to-face.

I rated this auction house low because I was very disappointed to have about a hundred items packed in 3 ZIPLOC baggies. Bracelets arrived broken, stones fell out in shipping process and it took me hours to detangle necklaces... when you spend that kind of money you expect better packaging. Also, several of the necklaces had missing stones with no mention of that in the listing...

I have never purchased anything at auction online, without actually seeing the object. But Erica Weingold and others were very efficient and the earrings are exactly as shown and described.

I decided to take part in the auction because it was written that i could pay by VISA. But i did not manage to pay Invoice because they did not offer on-line possibility to pay by VISA. Very impolite communication.
