Franckearth was on the ball with shipping but not the post office. Franckearth was contacted, they provided tracking number etc and kept in touch. Long wait was due to post office.

I was extremely disappointed in the items I purchased from Franckearth. I am an experienced auctioneer but these were very misleading. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Always enjoy their auctions-and they quickly and inexpensively ship items. I also very much appreciate that single items in costume jewelry are sold by Franckearth.

I only had one small complaint. I did not see in the pictures of the "starfish" bracelet that some stones had been glued with white glue. Either I'm blind or the pictures provided did not reveal those stones. That's the only disappointment I suffered. Everything else was as pictured and I am quite happy.

This auction house is wonderful. I accidentally had my old address on file and they shipped my earrings there. They never showed up and I contacted the auction house. A week later they received a "return to sender" package and paid for them to be shipped again, at no charge to me, to my correct address. Excellent, honest, customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks!

Nice items and nice prices, plus I like their three items or more ships free. With my items, I waited and didn't hear anything after paying the invoice immediately. I inquired and they said give it a couple days. Whent he package arrived, it was postmarked the day I inquired. Oops! I will consider buying from them again, though.

First time buying here.. no probs.. nice eclectic mix.. good people to deal with.. avoid paying through live auctioneers though as it uses PayPal echeque and takes forever..

Timed auction item lacks any maker markings, contrary to description. shipping was very overpriced and slow.

They took 9 days to generate an invoice On The 10 th day, one day after receiving my invoice, they filed a claim for non payment. Made my blood boil.
