They were very unhelpful with the request for tracking information. The item never arrived and so far they have been very unwilling to issue a refund. Frankly, the shipping cost was way too high, twice as much as it should have been and they still couldn't have the item to me. Very unhappy, couldn't have been more disappointed.

I am dissatisfied because I bid and won three auction items. They shipped two items. I had to email them about the third item. They responded they could not find it. If it was not found by the Friday of that week, they would refund my money. They did not refund my money and I emailed them again. They refunded my money two weeks after the auction because the item was not found..

I'd like to apologize for my mistake. When I sent my response to these questions yesterday, I haven't noticed 1/23 email from Franckearth regarding the shipping. I was concerned about the shipping, because usually all shipping questions are resolved within a week or if it's longer-we are connected to the shipping company. This time I didn't hear anything for prolonged amount of time. Now I have received the tracking number and expecting to receive my item., so I'm satisfied. I can suggest that auctioneer was busy. My conversations with auctioneer went well, I was just waiting for the shipping notification too long.. I can't answer correctly regarding the item-because I haven't received it yet. I hope everything will be okay.

Today is 1/26/2016. Auction Franckearth was at 1/3/2016 and I sent my credit card payment at 1/5/2016. This transaction was completed and reflected on my account. I sent 3 emails to Franck Sasser trying to arrange the shipping and didn't get any response yet. Please, let me know how to write a complain and get my money back in case if this auctioneer will not respond.
