Generally a fine experience. A little difficult to get ahold of with questions about item's condition. Could improve item descriptions.

Items are described with great detail and accuracy. Payment process is smooth and problem free. Many options available for item pick up which makes continued business with this auction house a must!

Exceptional service and product.

The auction house turned my item over to UPS without receiving a tracking number or reference number. I can’t reach anybody at UPS who can find the item without those numbers, so that I can pay for the shipping and get the item sent to me. The postage I am being charg d is extremely high compared to other auction houses I have dealt with. They seem to have dropped the ball in terms of helping me with this. I don’t know when, or if, I will receive my purchase. I will never do business with them again. You are welcome to share my comments here with them.

Good old time auction house.

For the most part, everyone is very cooperative and polite... with the exception of one woman who is dismissive and downright surly. I had heard about her, but up until the last time I picked up, I had never encountered her. What a nasty person! The items were well represented, but I wish that there was more disclosure on rug conditions, such as animal hair and strong odor. Also, they should accept online payments and/or PayPal. Will definitely bid with them again.
