Past purchases from other Auction Houses for more items ran 50 % less than Dennis Auction. Will never ever purchase anything from them again. I checked with UPS on their charges but was only told it was high. I would advise others to check freight before purchasing from them.

System was flawless and items received promptly and in great condition

I purchased an item at Dennis Auction. After paying the invoice and providing the mailing address it took nearly six plus weeks to receive the item. It took three calls and two emails to find out it was at a UPS store. The store never followed through so all customers purchases had to be sent to another store for shipment. The first store stated that due to the delay, they would absorb the cost of shipping. The following day the package was transferred to another UPS shipper and a charge of $87 applied. I contacted Dennis Auction who honestly didn't care. I will not be using the auction house again.

This is a frustrating situation after 2 months you'd think I'd be refunded I have not I have emailed both the auction house and the ups store I have called the ups store I have requested refunds I have contacted Live auctioneers and get nowhere I'm told they're the ups store is understaffed I live in NJ same state as the UPS Store and auction house I was told last week it was shipped I emailed the ups store asked for a tracking number and if it was truly shipped NO RESPONSE I am still waiting the thing is I've bought from them before no problem WHY DO BUSINESS WITH AN UNRESPONSIVE SHIPPING SERVICE please do me a favor find another shipping service and get my items to me and I'll give a decent review I am beyond frustrated with everyone involved

No shipping options. No response to request. Paid $700 and still waiting for a response how to receive my item. If they worked 5 days a week and past noon perhaps they can get these basic things corrected. Until the do … stay away! Calling my CC now to dispute charge.

The service at pick-up was fast, helpful, and efficient. I would have given a 5 star review had the rug not had some fairly significant stains/discoloration that were not evident in any of the photos nor mentioned in the description.

Asked for a condition report on the three pottery vases. Was told all pieces were fine with no cracks, chips, or hairlines. The green vase had 2 two inch long hairlines clearly visible from the rim going down the neck of the vase. If you give condition reports, perhaps put someone in charge who has better eyesight.

Totally satisfied start to finish. Bid with confidence with this outfit! 5 STARS!!!!!

Dennis Auctions decided who was the shipper and released the items to them. The shipper has not responded to me AT ALL after numerous calls and emails. I will never do business with this auction house again. Beware.

Easy to work with easy to communicate from start to finish

artwork was a print not a drawing as described.

We all know that when you are exposed to a long trip, you run the risk that the merchandise will not arrive in good condition. But there are ways and ways to pack things. These Harry Potter collectible figures have arrived in Spain totally destroyed, due to poor packaging. The UPS company in charge of handling the product gives the feeling that it has been thrown into the air. Broken accessories (all small objects) Figures with broken glasses (Harry, Dumbledore) and others beaten and some semi-melted plastic. All put in a single bag as if they were toys without any value. Very disappointing.

MY ITEMS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND I ADORE THEM ALL. THANK YOU.

I live out of State and they are very accommodating for pickup on short notice.
