Mix up of consignor items. Never received some of my items back that did not sell.
takes over 2 months for payment and they need to be better organized.

I'm sorry Elaine! And I understand how you feel. I will check with our office manager to see why your items were not returned. Our contract does state payment in 60 days. With 2, 000 items sold at auction and three auctions a month-there is a LOT of paperwork involved.

I am very pleased with the ease of bidding and picking up items won. The staff are very helpful, and looking around the store is always allowed.

It's always a pain to deal with outside shippers from the Auction house having their own shipper.
DejaVu Auction is fine but when going outside to get shipping done is a pain.

We realize that shipping is expensive which is why we try to ship as much in house as we can as a courtesy to our clients. However, we have no control over outside shipping costs!

Great service including In-house shipping.
Thankfully they offered in-house shipping which is much appreciated. So tired of the inflated outside shippers.

Broken items concealed!
The pictures shown did not show damage of my item norm was it described and the auction house Deja Vu refused to work with me at all!!! So I am stuck denying the charges on Am Express. The item was returned to Deja Vu but they have yet to reach out. Horrible!

I'm sorry Connie but your husband picked up the elephant planter on Friday. 5 days went by and then you claimed that it was broken on the bottom. All of the pictures that we have show that it was in very good condition. Your husband had ample opportunity to inspect the item when he picked it up and NEVER notated any damage!!!! We received an email from you 5 days later demanding a substantial discount. Had your husband showed us any damage that you "claim" was on the piece when he picked it up-we absolutely would have worked with you! However after 5 days.....
