I'm sorry that you were unhappy! The auction that you bid on was in a private home that needed to be emptied ASAP for a closing-not our auction house. We were only allowed access to the home for one week. All of this was clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions that you signed prior to bidding in the auction.

I'm sorry that you feel this way-but how can we overcharge you when this was an auction and you bid on the items? You also agreed to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS prior to bidding which states that you were responsible for picking up your items or arranging third party shipping which you never did. Your items are still in our store waiting for pick up. In addition to this, you have never contacted us. I am privately sending you the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to prior to the auction.

I'm sorry you feel that way Chris. You have the right to always choose your own shippers. We always do third party shipping and it doesn't matter to us which company use choose. We don't regulate the pricing or have anything to do with their rates
