Shipping was slow and cost way to high. This is the second time I have complained about slow shipping.

All packs had been opened and cherry picked. Had the description state that the all packs were opened, I would not have placed a bid.

Gemstones not as nice as the photographs

The hat shown on the mannequin in the auction photo is an adult size hat. The hat I received barely fits on a young child let alone any adult. I can not wear the hat, it is a very deceiving photo.

shipping a little high for weight of gems.

It was shocking to see how the large amount of shipping cost and the commission fees turned a $400 biddings to actual pay of $1000 And some of the stones were such a cheep ones! NEVER AGAIN!

the poster was packaged in a very thin walled tube, keep in mind this was a four hundred dollar poster. The usps heavily damaged the tube causing deep gouges in the poster.

The rug was exactly as described. This was my 1st experience with this auction site and I was very happy with the experience.

All three items are useless to me fo re-sale. It’s my fault for not seeing that the condition statements were at the very bottom of the listings. I recommend that you move those up to right below the general descriptions to ensure that your buyers are properly informed before bidding and to remove any perception of a subtle deception on your part.

Reserved pricing is dumb. Just make the starting bid-the lowest the beneficiary will accept and hope for more. Several items I bid on had reserved pricing. I will try to avoid in the future.
