One way to evaluate a service provider is to see how they handle things when there is a problem. In my case, I had a problem and GZA was quick to resolve it and very fair in the way they handled it. That's a good measure of an organization and I appreciate how they handled my situation.

I have been looking of one of the prints I purchased for some time. The price was right, the description accurate, and the shipping was perfect. the prints were shipped flat, the cost was reasonable, and they arrived within two weeks from the date of the auction (which is faster than some houses even ship.) I will continue to watch this auctioneer for items I'm interested in.

You don't have to worry about what the actual product is going to look like whenever you recieve it in the mail. I have had bad expirences with dishonest sellers who auction comics that aren't in the condition described. I am happy with my purchase.

I am based in Australia with an exporter in the US. I purchased several guns from this auction house for export & their staff we so easy to work with. I sincerely hope to buy from them again.

The gun had been converted and was mislabeled. They immediately recognized the mistake and gave me a complete refund. They were great to deal with and stood behind what they sold. I would not hesitate to bid with this auction house again.

Good description; good packing and shipping.

I have never been disappointed with this auction house. The descriptions are generally very good, and you can actually talk to someone if you need further info. Their shipping fees are just that, shipping fees, not another way to make money.

Auction description was accurate. Items received were as described and pictured. Communication was great. I am also aware there was a tragedy in the family of the shipping department. My review is based on the actual Amount the shipping which was astronomical. I have never paid the shipping cost for long rifles this high..... ever. Items were packed great, came in two boxes because I bought three total rifles however this shipping was shocking and there is not anything a buyer can do if they are not in the same state to pick them up bit have to pay this cost. I feel is way too much for me to continue another purchase. Again great company, great items, accurate descriptions but shipping costs are double what premium retailers charge and this is not for me.

Fair bidding opportunities were many I could have bought more it was a solid auction

There was quite a delay in shipping my items and when they did arrive I had some broken figures-disappointing. The items could have been packed better and with more care to delicate pieces. This shipment cost me an arm but not a leg.

Packed to perfection

I had two winning bids, but one of my winning bids was given to another person. I had bid on something that had no bids placed on it and was at $0. I opened the bidding at $30 and that bid stood until the auction closed. When I saw the closing bid on the two products I bid on, both were opening bids, I came to find out that this auction had given one of my opening bids to another customer. I can understand if it was an opening bid and bids were placed at the same time, but both my opening bids stood at the same price for several weeks. I only came to find out after the auction was closed that My two opening bids had not won and one was given to someone else, even though my bid was first and had been first for quite a while. When I contacted grant, he said it was up to the auctioneer to decide which bid wins. I will not deal with an auction like Grant Zahajko auctions, that will give a standing bid that was there for a while, to someone else once an auction becomes live. My bid was the first and only one until auction began. If you are the first bidder, yet you lose to someone who bid after you with the same price, then that is NOT RIGHT! Grant Zahajko, you should be ashamed of your self and your auction to conduct business like this. And to say that the auctioner can give the bid to who ever he wants is an auction that I no longer want to buy from. This is my personal encounter and I only share it with you so the same thing does not happen to you.
