The auction company does a great job but delivery of the items is too slow for what you are being charged.

Prices are great for the beautiful items I have acquired

I bought Ukiyoe and received Offset printed or similar printer on a canvas type sheet. They estimated $200.00-400.00. This type printed fake Ukiyoe are selling in Japan around $20.00-50.00 not vern $200.00. This auction site is reputable site and should not sell this kind fake and if it is just discribe "COPY OF UKIYOE".

My purchases were well packaged and are exactly as I expected. I wish the delay between the purchase and the shipping were a bit shorter, but seems to be the way things go, since Covid. I am thrilled with what I purchased and will most definitely buy from them again.

I was surprised this auction was so responsive. This is the best experience I have had with Live Auctioneers so far. I have bought quite a bit and Federal Assets Auctioneers had my item to me in a week and the billing process was fast as well. Responsive and a quality product.

The auction house will not work with bidders and other reviews indicate the issue is habitual. I found the customer service to be a little forceful and to be honest after my experience with Federal Assets Auctioneers I definitely read reviews before registering with Auction houses. I have purchased through several auction houses on different listing sites and this is the first time i ever had an issue. After about 38 auction houses and 300 items over the last two years Federal Assets Auctioneers was my bad apple. So instead of complaining about my issue I suggest reviewing the auction house reviews before registering and many i am pre approved but do not let a certain item influence you to ignore the reviews. I learned now and my experience could have been avoided by just reading the reviews.

Postage and time is upsurd still waiting no movement in usps. Should use FedEx or ups for delivery. Very disappointed and hope the painting finally arrives

This group is the absolute worst Auction House that I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I have dealt with more than twenty Auction Houses all through the Covid-19 time frame, which clearly impacted so many businesses, but this group used it as an excuse for their business failures. I have had pieces of furniture shipped from Chicago, rugs and other furniture shipped from Texas to Florida, artwork and jewelry shipped from across the country and while there were a few challenges, mostly in making the packing and shipping arrangements, all were handled with the Auction Houses 'cooperation and assistance. This group was neither responsive nor helpful and even after receiving an apology from them, they demonstrated a complete lack of sincerity by their lack of actions in making even the minimum of effort to offset their failure to deliver my item. The item is a 7inch, by9 inch, by 7inch sculpture. Their policy states "Artwork ships within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment. After their payment link supplied on their invoice failed two times, on the third time they received payment on 3/2/2021. Today is 3/19/2021 and I don't have even a shipping confirmation or tracking number yet. I have had phone conversations as well as no less then 5 email communications with absolutely zero satisfaction. Don't waste your time or money dealing with this Auctioneer. There are so many Auctioneers who do a fabulous job and who make your experience rewarding and worth your while but this one is not one of them. You will be frustrated beyond belief and even when you receive your item, it just won't seem worth it.

Perfect auction experience. Items described very accurately with good quality photos. Very prompt and efficient invoicing and shipping, and very reasonable shipping costs.

Perfect representation and very easy to checkout. Shipment was expeditious and arrived in well-packaged and perfect condition.

I had a little trouble with covid in the house I was late paying. What a wonderful thing to know that people understand what hard times are and our patient with you. These guys were awesome just totally awesome I appreciate everything they did for me.

FAA always has a good mix of items in their auctions. If you like art, there's usually something for everyone. When it comes to the work you may be interested in acquiring, make sure to read their description to know what you are getting. Some work may be reproductions, although they are of good quality (giclee prints, etc). Pieces were received in different shipments spread across two weeks or so, but did eventually get all items delivered.
